Dr. Yuting Zhang, an accomplished expert in Cybersecurity, is one of 20+ core faculty in the Department of Computer Science at Boston University’s Metropolitan College. Dr. Zhang teaches computer science courses in Secure Software Development, Information Structures with Java and Medical Information Security & Privacy. During this presentation, she will provide an introduction to our cybersecurity programs, highlight student clubs, and discuss beginner-friendly competitions. She will be joined by a current student who will talk about their experiences as part of the club and competition. Learn how you can get involved, learn by doing, and have fun while building valuable security skills.

Webinar attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions in an interactive Q&A session during the event. In addition, anyone who has not yet applied to a Metropolitan College program will receive an application fee waiver.
